A.S. Tiger discovered comics after watching X-Men Evolution in the early aughts. Since then, he's been a voracious reader of the X-Men, both classic and new. His favourite titles include the original New Mutants by Chris Claremont, X-Factor by Louise Simonson, and the Blue and Gold years of the early '90s. To this day he still follows X-Men, with a particular fondness for his favourite characters Cyclops and Phoenix. When he isn't writing reviews or apologetics for X-Men comics, A.S. Tiger enjoys classic romance and fantasy literature, movies of all kinds, animation, and walks.
